This is my arts award skills share video

The finished version is a movie file, this took me one lesson to do and it was pretty simple. It features a face sweep of David Beckham and his wife Victoria Beckham.I have got these images from google images.The used Photostop to edit them, with a quick time screen recorder to record it.

Photoshop is a technique us to blur around the image I LASSOOD AROUND THE FACE I WANTED THEN FEATHERD IT, AND COPIED AND PASTED IT, THEN DRAG IT TO THE BODY I WANTED

Testing Photoshop

I made some tests in Photoshop to practice before I made my own project. I just swapped celebrities heads and changed the feather of the image head and changed the adjustments to fit the background picture, soon I will do my proper image with the screen recording.  On of the image I made was this.

Planning for my arts skills project

Firstly I am going to find an image that I want to edit, this needs to be fairly large so it doesnt break up when its zoomed in, the image will also come from the internet.

Then I am going to edit the picture using photoshop caputring the whole thing using a screen recoreder.

Planning:

The software I am going to use Photoshop which is available on macs and windows, this must be saved as a file format e.g. PSD or JPEG that can be accessed anywhere.

Hardware I will use: Macs, pc's, mic.
Finnaly I have to share it and get the feedback and reveiw what has been planned. At the very end the project will be put onto blackboard so that the next year level 1 can use it.

Media showing and sharing project

My mind map of the skills that I have,I know have to pic one of these.

I am doing digital imaging for my project in photoshop.

I am going to show people how to crop and edit photos in photoshop, and maybe the adjustments. I will use a screen recorder and maybe a voice recorder to go over my video and explain to the viewers what I am doing.   

The software I am using are Photoshop and quicktime which will be all done on a mac computer.

Heros and heroins

 I have been researched about the person I look up to.




martin Scorsese, is my hero because I like his movies, I will be getting most of my research about him from wikapedia and IMDB. He has directed many films with Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert de Niro.

Padlet review

I am glad to see positive thoughts about my video editing work.The suggestions that my piers have said will help me improve me work.
I enjoyed using the editing software and using other peoples movie clips to form my own short movie clip, using Imovie.
I learned how to use different types of video editing software.
The way i put the clips together to make them match worked really worked well for me.
I found using the slow motion and fast motion very difficult to use,but I would like to learn more about these video editing adjustments.
I could improve my edit by using better software which will be harder but more effective and will make me get the best out of the clips.
I could use the skills that I have learnt by making my own little clips at home.

My First Track

I made this using garage band. I have chosen a number of songs to cut and stick together to make a track, I used the fading button to fade in and out of songs, I also added loops to the track to make it different.

We went on a trip to BBC Newcastle were we had a little tour of it

We went to the news stage at BBC Newcastle this is a photo of the morning news presenter at BBC Newcastle enjoying his cuppa and telling us about working at the BBC and what his jobs consists of. I learned different job roles at the BBC studio in Newcastle. I know that the screens in the backround can flip over and be used as a tv and there is 150 plus lights above the screens. The table that the newsreaders sit at have a see through core so you can put a script and read it through the table.

This is a board of the things that have happend at BBC Newcaslte.

Movie scenes

How to make an epic fight scene...Quote before the actual fighting, the good guy being over powered before the fighting and then the good guy defeating all his enemies.And the emotion captured.



This is a video of the top 10 1980's action movies, you can compare these fight scenes to the newer fight scenes,the newer fight scenes have emotion and drama, when the old ones just crammed as many fast motion frames in as possible and make it as big as they can.

Clint Eastwood the video angle on this when he is shooting at the men is at hip height so you can see the gun in his hand shooting at the 4 men.
